Before payment
Students should review the program, pricing, service scope and terms before transferring the fee. Always verify the receiver details displayed by the UPI application.
Duplicate or incorrect payment
A duplicate payment or clearly incorrect excess payment may be reviewed after transaction verification. Submit the UTR and proof through the secure contact form.
After account activation
Because dashboard access, automated planning and mentorship resources become available after approval, the fee is normally non-refundable after activation, except where required by applicable law.
Rejected verification
If payment cannot be verified, mentorship access will not be activated. The student may submit corrected proof or raise a support request.
Processing
Every valid request is reviewed manually. The outcome and any necessary payment details are communicated privately to the registered student.
